1, control media

3, CNC device

CNC device is a CNC machine tool to achieve automatic processing of the core, mainly by the computer system, position control board, PLC interface board, communication interface board, special function modules and the corresponding control software and other components.

Role: according to the input parts processing program for the corresponding processing (such as motion track processing, machine input and output processing, etc.), and then output control commands to the corresponding executive components (servo units, drives and PLC, etc.), all of this work is coordinated by the CNC device within the hardware and software coordination, reasonable organization, so that the entire system works in an orderly manner.

4、 Servo system

It is a CNC system and machine tool body between the electrical transmission link, mainly by the servo motor, drive control system and position detection and feedback devices. Servo motor is the execution element of the system, the drive control system is the power source of the servo motor. The command signal issued by the numerical control system is compared with the position feedback signal as the displacement command, and then after the power amplification of the drive system, the moving parts of the machine tool are driven for positioning or according to the specified trajectory and feed rate movement, so that the machine tool processing meets the requirements of the drawing of the parts.

5、 Detection and feedback system

Measurement feedback system consists of detection components and the corresponding circuit, its role is to detect the actual position of the machine tool, speed and other information, and will be fed back to the CNC device and the command information for comparison and correction, constituting a closed-loop control system.

6, machine tool body

Machine tool body refers to the CNC machine tool mechanical entities, including bed, spindle, feed mechanism and other mechanical components. As the CNC machine tool is a high-precision and high-productivity automated machine tools, it is compared with the traditional general machine tools, should have better rigidity and vibration resistance, relative motion friction coefficient should be small, the gap between the transmission components should be small, and transmission and speed change system to facilitate the realization of automation control.
